Delivery Policy
- SCV Boards currently offers delivery to any South African residential or business address.
- Arrange that you or your authorized representative, who is responsible, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. On delivery, we will require you or your authorized representative to sign a duplicate copy of the delivery note, to confirm receipt. Any person other than yourself who receives the items at the delivery address is presumed to be authorized to accept delivery on your behalf. Should nobody be available at the delivery address specified by you at the time of delivery, the driver will return the products. The courier company will attempt to contact you to make new arrangements for redelivery. Should nobody still be available we reserve the right to charge a delivery fee should it be required under these circumstances. Our sole liability for failing to deliver the products timeously is limited to delivery being affected at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

- When the courier company delivers your order the receiver must inspect the delivered item, before opening it. If any packaging is damaged, please do not accept the delivery. Once the delivery note is signed, the receiver accepts the item has been received free from any physical damage. If upon inspection you find the item damaged or it is not the item you originally ordered, you can refuse the delivery. At your request, the right goods will be replaced and re-delivered to you FREE.
Return Policy
- We offer a 30 – day return policy, therefore you have 10 days after receiving your product to request a return or refund.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and is unused.
- Used items will not be accepted and the return expense is on you.
- All parts of the product must be returned as received.
